Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and timely processing of all financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks
• ensuring accurate recording of all transactions. Maintain records such as vouchers
• receipts
• bills
• payments (including statutory payouts)
• and financial documents. Perform daily reconciliation of sales with collections. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Process invoices
• payments
• and receivables in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the preparation of monthly
• quarterly
• and annual financial reports
• including balance sheets
• income statements
• and cash flow statements. Utilize accounting systems like Tally and Zoho Books for efficient financial management. Support management with additional tasks and projects to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. 1-2 years of experience in General or Tax Accounting. Strong proficiency in mathematics and analytical skills. Practical understanding of Accounting and Finance functions. Basic understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). Experience with computerized ledger systems. Proficiency in Excel and Tally. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
