Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

As an Assistant Manager – Business Development, you will lead efforts to drive growth, create business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. Your role will focus on market research, lead generation, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. You will guide a team of business development associates, ensuring alignment with company goals while driving revenue growth. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on sales, from cold calling and email outreach to presenting solutions and building strong partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identifying prospects and conducting in-depth research to understand market trends

  • and needs. Sales Strategy Development: Creating actionable strategies to engage potential clients

Requirements:

  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: A solid 4-6 years of experience in similar roles
