Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Pre-Sales to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales to manage key customer accounts and drive strategic, high-revenue projects. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementations, deliver impactful presentations, and design tailored solutions. The role requires strong expertise in HVAC and BMS, along with solid project management skills to meet customer commitments on time.

Responsibilities:

  •  Own a portfolio of customer accounts having a strategic and large revenue impact on the organization.  Manage product implementations and establish robust governance with key stakeholders.  Ability to build customer rapport and assist in improving customer satisfaction.  Manage solution design per customer standard and support technical pre-sales requirements.  Communicate with internal stakeholders in APAC and US .  Demonstrate skills in managing customers and internal stakeholders.  Track and monitor implementation project schedules management to ensure all commitments are met.  Overall planning of multiple projects or functions typically requires teams' intervention across functions. functions.  Deliver clear and compelling presentations from end customers to HVAC & MEP consultants and technical teams.  Effectively communicate complex HVAC and BMS concepts to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  •  B.E./B.Tech/ MS/MTech from a reputed university.  Should have an excellent understanding of Control Systems .  Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Business processes and Product Architecture.  Prior experience in implementing BMS products.  Project Management – both external & internal stakeholders.  Willingness to take on new challenges
  • explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities.  Should have proven prior experience of thriving in high-pressure environments and delivering critical projects on time and to good quality.  Possess good presentation skills to HVAC & MEP consultants
