We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. This individual contributor role requires extensive travel to engage with A+ and A category clients, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • focusing on A+ and A category clients. ● Travel extensively to meet clients
  • fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs. ● Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape. ● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. ● Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive results. ● Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets. ● Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. ● Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the services .

Requirements:
