HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our HR and Admin team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting onboarding efforts for new employees. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent, creating a seamless recruitment experience, and ensuring smooth employee integration into the company.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• ensuring timely and effective hiring across various roles. Specialize in diverse hiring strategies
• including: Headhunting for niche and leadership positions. Campus recruitment drives to attract fresh talent. Bulk hiring for large-scale requirements. Leveraging social media platforms for innovative recruitment campaigns. Building partnerships with recruitment agencies and job portals. Create and manage job descriptions
• posting job openings across platforms
• and screening candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. 2. Onboarding Plan and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Conduct orientation and induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies
• culture
• and expectations. Assist in the preparation of employment contracts
• offer letters
• and onboarding documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
• preferably in a manufacturing setup. Proven expertise in diverse hiring methods including headhunting
• campus hiring
• and social media recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools
• techniques
• and HR management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
