Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Male only) to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions for a growing team of 200 employees. This role will be integral to building a positive, employee-centric culture and supporting the strategic vision of the company, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Management: Oversee full HR functions
  • including recruitment
  • policy implementation
  • statutory governance
  • and internal procedures. Founder’s Office Support: Act as a liaison between the HR department and the founder’s office
  • assisting in operational tasks
  • representing founders in select meetings
  • and contributing to strategic decision-making. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment efforts that align with our technical requirements
  • utilizing online job portals
  • conducting campus interviews
  • and networking to find the right talent for the company. Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure smooth onboarding
  • handle documentation
  • process payroll
  • manage compliance with EPF
  • ESI
  • and oversee all employee formalities. Employee Engagement: Create and nurture a positive work environment by organizing engagement activities
  • conducting open forums for feedback
  • and working with managers to foster employee satisfaction. HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with project managers to build HR strategies that align with company vision and goals. Performance Management: Coordinate annual appraisals
  • ensuring structured assessments are conducted on time. Shared Communications Management: Oversee shared mailboxes like careers and info
  • and manage the company’s social media presence to engage with external stakeholders. Administrative Duties: Oversee general office administration including facility management
  • vendor coordination
  • office supplies procurement
  • and organizing company meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in HR (Required) Experience: Minimum 5 years in human resources management
  • with generalist experience in all key HR functions. Certification: Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred) Skills: Strong interpersonal
