Junior Architect

We are looking for an experienced Junior Architect to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

The Junior Architect will assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves working closely with senior architects and project teams to produce drawings, plans, models, and presentations while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings
• plans
• sections
• and elevations using AutoCAD
• Revit
• or similar software. Support senior architects in the design and development of residential
• commercial
• or institutional projects. Help create 3D models
• renderings
• and visual presentations. Conduct site visits and surveys to collect necessary data for project planning. Research building codes
• materials
• and construction techniques. Participate in design meetings and collaborate with consultants
• engineers
• and contractors. Assist with documentation for permit applications and construction. Maintain project files and organize technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). • 0–5 years of professional experience in architecture or design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite
• and MS Office. Basic understanding of building codes and construction methods. Strong design and visualization skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
