Manager Taxation & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Manager Taxation & Accounts to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to join our team. This role demands a thorough understanding of Indian taxation, accounting principles, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of managing key financial functions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Good working knowledge of GST reconciliation

• and returns. Good working knowledge of Direct taxes Good working Knowledge of customs procedure and clearing process. Hands-on experience of attending GST assessments and replying to customs notices. Experience in handling Accounts receivable and payable processes. Preparing monthly and annual budgets Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses and cash flow projections as needed Prepare financial statements and reports independently . Analyze monthly financial statements

• and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested . Prepare and communicate monthly MIS reports Accounting for Fixed Assets and maintaining the fixed asset register Assist with quarterly internal audit procedures Assist in preparing year-end books for audit Prepare process notes and implement for accounts and finance. Ensure operational compliance with policies
• procedures and regulations for any necessary entities Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.

Requirements:

• B.com with MBA (Finance) Experience of 8-10 years overall and at least 5 years in a similar role. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures Working Knowledge of SAP Business 1 is preferred Should have good written and oral communication skills. Other skills required are related to problem solving
