Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Sales to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
Seeking an experienced professional to drive modern trade sales strategy, build strong retail partnerships, and grow market presence in the coffee equipment segment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the modern trade sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in modern trade channels to promote our products and secure listings. Negotiate terms and agreements with modern trade partners to maximize profitability and visibility of our products. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate closely with marketing

- and product development teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Monitor and report on sales performance

- and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Generating Service revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) Proven experience in modern trade sales
- preferably in FMCG or related sector Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and results-driven approach Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Leadership experience is a plus
