Retail Store Promoter

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Promoter to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are seeking passionate and articulate Retail Promoters to join our expanding team. As a Retail Promoter, you will be the face of the brand in our exclusive Experience Centre. Your role will focus on driving product awareness, engaging customers, and delivering exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with retail customers to understand their fitness and wellness needs. Conduct compelling product demonstrations of health tech devices. Educate customers about the product ecosystem and its benefits. Convert customer interest into sales and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising. Report market feedback and competitor activities to the team. Participate in retail promotions and special events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Customer service orientation with a friendly
• approachable demeanor. Basic understanding of technology and a genuine interest in health & wellness. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours. Candidates with an interest in sports & fitness will be given an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PPT
