Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of professional experience, strong design and technical skills, and the ability to contribute to projects from concept through construction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants
- contractors
- fabricators
- and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Prepare drawings
- presentations using Revit
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- and other design software. Prepare construction documents and perform quality control reviews. Participate in site visits
- field verifications
- and construction administration tasks. Maintain awareness of project schedules
- deliverables
- and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 5–15 years of relevant architectural experience. Proficiency in Revit
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite
- and 3D modeling/rendering tools. Strong understanding of building codes
- construction methods
- and detailing. Excellent communication
