Sr Art Director

We are looking for an experienced Sr Art Director to join our growing team at Jobs Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Art Director / Senior Art Director to lead and drive the creative expression of our brand across digital, print, and product touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring bold design thinking, storytelling expertise, and leadership to deliver engaging campaigns, user experiences, and brand identity solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute innovative and engaging ad campaigns across various digital platforms. Plan and coordinate high-quality photoshoots
• ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and objectives. Manage and deliver daily creative assets
• meeting production timelines and maintaining top-tier quality. Establish and evolve the visual identity of the brand
• creating comprehensive design systems and branding materials. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design prototypes and give creative direction on mobile application interfaces. Lead the packaging design process from ideation to execution
• ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging. Develop storyboards and guide video content creation
• working closely with the production team for compelling storytelling.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• XD
• etc.)
• with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility and innovation. Proven experience in leading end-to-end creative projects and providing clear direction to design teams. Strong communication skills
• with the ability to interpret feedback and collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic
• fast-paced environment with agility and focus. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior designers and overseeing team performance. Industry Experience needed - Consumer Electronics
• Marketing & Advertising Agencies D2C-First Brands. Education and Qualifications: - Degree in graphic design
• art
• or related field- from a Tier 1 design institute like NIF Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai
• Shreshti School of Design
• MIT Pune
• and other such schools. Behavioural Skills: - Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude. - Openness to constructive feedback with a willingness to continuously improve. - Strong leadership skills
